The Glam Shop Vs. XO Beauty Studio: What's different and who does it better!

Both of these wonderful salons are located in Georgia and provide similarly the same services give or take one, two, or a few.  Both offer Microblading for the brows, scalp micropigmentation, as well as training. XO Beauty Studio online presence is not as prevalent as The Glam Shop although they are the same social media sites. Posting regularly daily and multiple times a week. The actual website is professional, stylish, and the services shown are great in quality. However the web page is a little boring to me, but it appeals to the audience and target market. All the social sites offered some promotions but it wasn't anything out the ordinary of just having a presence online. I enjoyed their Facebook page a lot more than I liked the Glam Shop's because it was more engaging than any other site they had. The tone and appraoch to their website is more professional and looks complete opposed to the Glam Shop's. It shows you the artist and gives you background information on them as well. Glam Shop's website engages you with the color and graphics but not with enough education. The Glam Shop's website only features the owner. XO Beauty Studio sticks with the theme of professionalism throughout their entire brand. Not once am I dsicrediting the Glam Shop for being unprofessional, they are professional in their own way because they have a lot of different ways of promoting the salon especially because the owner is a reality television star. I like the transparency they have with their customers by posting all of their 5 star rating reviews. The tactics are very much similar offering specials online for their servicesand training sessions.

Who does it better?!

Well when it comes to extreme professionalism all around on all sites would XO Beauty Studio. They appeal to their target market in a more classier way than the Glam Shop. The owners and artists online presence is professional as well and their pages look clean. The Instagram page is very dull and doesn't really draw your attention unless you have an authoratative personality and want to see exactly what services the business offer opposed to anything personal. The Glam Shop appeals to a different crowd and that's because of the owner. The Glam Shop's Instagram page is engaging and personal to the owner but it benefits the owner and her customers because reality tv already in some minds of individuals make you feel like you know a person in a reality. So I understand why it's party advertisements, and tour dates, and celebrity endorsements, because Sierra the owner has a fan base around the world. Although I like the professionalism of the XO Beauty Studio I believe it can more engaging. They can liven up their online presence a lot.

The major differences between the brands is that the Glam Shop offers more services than XO Studio. They offer hair extension services, full face makeup, and lash extensions, and they advertise and offer promotions for services. The owner or artists are not television personalities either. XO Studio approach to digital marketing is not dynamic as Glam Shops. I would say yes they have online presence but they can be way more appealing than just showing before and after photos. They can have some contests, do some beauty trivia, or other engaging ways to appeal to their target market. The Glam Shop is extremely social, and do many events and parties in their local area and I believe that is one of the many drivers of traffic to the Glam Shop's Instagram. Their content and overall engaging efforts is prevalent daily.
